"Helpful support, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
I had a question about my order and they did get back to me quickly, which I appreciated. The issue got sorted in the end, but the communication wasn’t super clear at first, so I had to go back and forth more than I expected. A bit annoying, but the support team was helpful overall

"Good prices for what I needed"
I ordered a few hardware things from hardwareworld.com, and the prices was fair compared to other sites I looked at. The shipping weren’t super fast, but it also wasn’t a big problem. For what I paid, I’m happy with the stuff I got. I’d probably order from them again if the prices stays good...

"Wish there were more options??"
I was hoping there would be a lot more to choose from?? They had some of the basics, but the selection felt limited, especially when it came to brands and sizes I actually needed. It’s kind of frustrating when you’re trying to compare a few things and there just isn’t much there, you know??

"Wrong order and messy shipping"
My order showed up with the wrong stuff, and some of what I paid for wasn’t even in the box. I had to pause my project just to figure it all out, which was frustrating.
It felt like they didn’t really check it before sending everything out. Not a great first experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Shipping was a total mess?!"
I ordered from hardwareworld.com the shipping took way longer than they originally said it would?! The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on, and then the package showed up late anyway. Not exactly reliable. I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

"Ordered a few hardware bits they feel solid..."
Ordered a few hardware bits they feel solid, not that flimsy cheap stuff. One piece did show up with a small scratch, so I’m guessing someone in packing or shipping wasn’t being too careful, but it still worked fine. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.
